screen names of other users, without permission; (8) Falsify the
origin or source of software or other material contained in a file
that is uploaded; (9) violate any operating rule, policy or
guideline of any other interactive service, including, but not
limited to, the operating policies of the International Areas;
(10) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable
local, state, national, international or foreign law, including,
but not limited to, any rules or regulations having the force of

SarasotaWedding Website. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW

PROVIDED ELSEWHERE, AND WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY MONITOR ANY

INDEMNIFICATION
User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SarasotaWedding.Com,
its affiliated companies, its employees, contractors, officers, directors
and ICPs from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys
fees, that arise from your use of the SarasotaWedding Website.
SarasotaWedding.Com reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the
exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to
indemnification by you hereunder. In such event, you shall have no further
obligation to provide indemnification for such matter.
E-MAIL
Under no circumstances is any unsolicited email or Spam to be sent to
SarasotaWedding.com. No SarasotaWedding.com email addresses are publicly
listed. Sending Spam to SarasotaWedding.com to any email address at this
domain without the prior approval of SarasotaWedding.com / Dan Kriwitsky
is subject to a storage charge of $50 per message. Sending email to
SarasotaWedding.com constitutes acceptance of these terms. A
contact form is provided on the web site for
initial contacts. Of course, replies to email sent, are welcome. The lack
of a reply to such a contact should not be construed as permission to send
a follow-up email. If you obtain a SarasotaWedding.com email address, and
send unsolicited commercial or other email, you agree to pay the above
listed storage charge. SarasotaWedding.com will make Spam complaints to
the ISP or web host of any company sending such messages.
