 Marriage
License
In order to be married in Sarasota, you will need a Marriage
License. You can obtain one from the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County.
Both applicants must apply in person and bring a driver's license,
passport, or Florida Identification Card. If either applicant was
previously married, the date the prior marriage ended by divorce or death
is required. More information is available from the Clerk of Court website.
